When I received a heart transplant in 2019, I was given something extraordinary: a second chance at life.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my story in schools, hospitals, community groups and at fundraising events across the UK. I’ve discovered that every time I tell it, someone hears it for the first time. And sometimes, that story becomes a conversation. A conversation with a partner, a friend or a family member. Conversations like these matter, because one conversation has the potential to change a life.
